So the glamor of a serving is quickly wearing thin. I HATE counting my miniwheats out in the morning, and when I get 24 in the bowl I am sure I must have counted wrong because that doesn't look like 24. So I count them again as I eat them. At the end of the bowl, there were 24 and all I am left with is cereal milk. I am sure that everyone probably knows by now that I don't like milk. No prize, I don't find that I am short 5 and can have more, just yucky milk. Oh well. Anyway, I went out for dinner tonight. I really did not feel like cooking. I dusted off my weight watcher dining out companion and started looking up my options. I thought I wanted the burrito bowl that I worked out the other night but I changed my mind. I ended up going to the Hamburger Habit for a BBQ Chicken Salad. 8 weight watcher points and it is very very good. I feel that I did very well with my points today as I still have 4 left.
Today's Numbers are just about the same as yesterdays, I think that's really good because I weighed myself at the end of the day after eating all day and drinking tons of water. The Wii age and fit credits have changed but nothing else.

BMI: 42.00
USELESS WII AGE: 35
WII FIT CREDITS: 6 hours 35 minutes
I didn't manage to get up early enough to do the treadmill this morning before work but I will try again tomorrow. I messed up yesterday by taking a long nap after I got home from work and then had a difficult time getting up this morning. Tomorrow is another day and another chance at doing it.

Hi, I've just stumbled upon your blog and have some reading to do! I just got a wii fit for Christmas but haven't gotten it hooked up yet. Can't wait to get started!
ReplyDeleteI don't like milk either so I eat my cereal with Almond milk. You may have heard about it but it is really good. I like the vanilla unsweetened. You can usually find it in the health food section of the grocery store.
