New Year New Mii

Yes it is New Years Eve. That all important day where we all stay up late, party too much, overindulge, and then at midnight after locking lips with anyone we can find swear that we wont do any of it next year only to loose footing and give up by Jan 5Th. Well here is my New Year New Mii resolution. I will do my best to eat better, I will do my best to get in 30 minutes everyday on the Wii Fit and finally I will do my best to get to water aerobics ( Starting on Jan 10th) on Saturdays at the city pool. I would like to think that I would also go on Tuesdays and Thursdays but lets not get too crazy. Lets not forget that I am going to try my best to blog not only my daily activity but also what I eat. I would like to say that I am following the weight watcher meal plan but I just haven't gotten myself together yet to jump on that wagon. Baby Steps.

OK so here is where I am starting out at as of Yesterday Dec 3o 2008 I weighed in at 281.3 pounds with a BMI of 42.63 according to Wii Fit. Today Dec 31 I weighed in at 279.1 pounds with a BMI of 42.30. OBESE lets all say it together O B E S E.

Where would I like to end up with this endeavor? Good Question. I realize that the weight is not just going to disappear over night just like it really didn't appear over night. I would like to loose 40 pounds by April. That's only 10 pounds per month or about 2.5 pounds per week. Definitely Doable.

So OK here we go Lets Wii Fit Mii!!!
